Pet Types
A pet interview is required prior to move-in, and residents may have up to two (2) approved pets per apartment. A non-refundable fee of $300 applies for one (1) pet ($25 monthly pet rent) or $500 for two (2) pets ($35 monthly pet rent). Pets must be at least 6 months old and spayed or neutered.
